Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation in workshops, classes, and other related services (“Services”) provided by Elite Plaza (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made via our website, email, or an approved third-party platform.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept payment via [debit, credit card or PayPal.
     

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Participant Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made [e.g. more than 6 hours] before the class will receive a full refund or credit.

    • Cancellations within [e.g. 7 hours or more] are non-refundable.

  • Provider Cancellations:

    • If we cancel a class or workshop, participants will be offered the option to reschedule an alternative session.


4. Transfers & Substitutions

  • You may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us at least [e.g. 48 hours] before the class.

  • Rescheduling is permitted once per booking and must be requested at least [e.g. 6 hours] before the event.


5. Attendance & Conduct

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted and refunds will not be provided.

  • We reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, disrespectful, or poses a safety risk, without refund.


6. Health & Safety

  • Participants must notify us of any relevant health concerns or special requirements at the time of booking.

  • Some workshops may involve the use of tools, materials, or physical activity. Participation is at your own risk.


7. Intellectual Property

  • All workshop materials, content, and instruction remain the intellectual property of Elite Plaza and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.


8. Photography & Media

  • We may take photos or videos during workshops for promotional purposes. Please inform us in writing before the event if you do not wish to be photographed.


9. Liability

  • [Your Business Name] is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of participating in our workshops, except where required by law.


10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
