Refund Policy

At Elite Plaza we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or credits may be issued for our workshops and classes.

1. General Policy

Refunds or credits are available under the conditions outlined below. By registering for a workshop, you agree to this policy.

 

2. Participant Cancellations

 

In-Person or Live Online Workshops

  • More than 6 hours before the workshop:

    • You may reschedule for a future workshop.

  • Less than 6 hours before the workshop or no-show:

    • No reschedule or credit will be given and you will not be able to book any sessions for 7 days after 3 consecutive late cancellations.

 

Pre-Recorded or Self-Paced Online Workshops

  • Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be given once access is granted unless the product is faulty or not as described.

 

3. Transfers & Substitutions

  • You may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost. Please notify us at least 24 hours before the workshop with the new participant’s details.

  • Rescheduling to a future workshop is allowed once, provided the request is made at least 6 hours in advance.

 

4. Workshop Cancellations by Us

In the rare case that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop:

  • You will be offered an alternative workshop session, or

  • You may choose to transfer your booking to a rescheduled date for the workshop in question.

 

5. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for refunds or compensation due to cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, public health emergencies, venue closures), though we will make reasonable efforts to offer rescheduling where feasible.

 

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or credit, please contact us via email at hello@eliteplaza.co.uk, including:

  • Your full name

  • Workshop name and date

  • Reason for the refund request

Successful refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
