Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to attend a workshop with Elite Plaza. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, please review and adhere to the following class policy. 1. Registration & Payment Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is considered complete only after payment confirmation. 2. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations made at least 3 days before the workshop start date are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 4 days or more are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another person with prior notice. No-shows will not be refunded. 3. Class Transfers If you are unable to attend your booked session, you may request to transfer to another available date at least 2 days in advance, subject to availability. 4. Late Arrival & Attendance Please arrive/log in on time. Late arrivals may miss important content and disrupt the class. If you are more than 30 minutes late, we reserve the right to deny entry without a refund. 5. Code of Conduct Respectful behaviour is expected at all times toward instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the class without refund. 6. Materials & Equipment For in-person: All materials will be provided unless otherwise stated. Please check the workshop details for any items you need to bring. 7. Photography & Recordings We may take photos or record sessions for marketing and training purposes. Please let us know if you do not wish to be included. 8. Health & Safety (for in-person workshops) Please stay home if you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of illness. We follow all local health guidelines to ensure a safe learning environment. 9.
